Winter for one Day

The Cyclist

It snowed all day last Thursday .... a day later everything was gone again, and only high up on the mountains do we now have snow!!! I live on a street designated for cyclists - the snow did not seem to deter them, but the cars did not move much (mine is the very first one in the FG to the right).

viel Schnee habt ihr.
ich war schon einmal in Vancouver.................
eine Tante von uns lebte dort , aber leider haben wir nichts mehr von ihr gehört, sie war sehr krank.
Leider liegt es ja nicht um die Ecke, daß man mal schnell nachschauen kann.
Ihr habt eine tolle Stadt...............

Oh Adele, lovely shot!
I know snow is not good for traffic and moving around, but it is lovely to look at and a careful walk is always a pleasure....
....which is denied to us here in Zaragoza, snow hardly ever falls here...
Great perspective, love the shot.

So ein schönes Winterbild hättest Du in den vergangenen Tagen auch bei uns machen können. Ich habs verpaßt, drum erfreue ich mich an Deiner verschneiten Straße.

Herrlich sehen sie auch jetzt aus, diese vielen Bäume in Deiner Straße - aber auch im Sommer, wenn sie quasi ein geschlossenes Blätterdach bilden muss es hier herrlich sein!
