Michael's eyes
This was the first picture I took with my 350D--possibly the reason I bought the camera was to photograph my beloved great nephew. This is my first attempt at working with layers. Adjusted color and contrast and sharpened it a bit but not sure the sharpening worked. Applied noise ninja and then cropped for just his eyes. I'd appreciate post processing advice. Thanks.

Pictures of eyes have been becoming quite popular recently.The best bit of processing advice I can give around eyes is any software with a 'red eye removal' tool. You can get quite interesting effects even where there is no red eye in the first place. I use PSP, not too sure about other photo software.

interesting crop. for me the soft focus works, but the violet color of his pupils looks odd. jh
