Recht viel...Also meine Meditationsecke ist ganz spartanisch, eigentlich nur Hockschemel und Kerze. Hast du auch einen Gong ? Ich hatte mal eine CD mit Gongmeditation, aber das war mir fast schon zu viele Gongschläge, teilweise sehr laut.
