Masai Far From Home
Most friendly people are the Masai I met at Zanzibar where they go to make their living.
They are forced to leave their home villages at mainland Tanzania to earn money at the beaches of the island. Many of the tourists misunderstand their life conditions and think the Masai have holiday all year because they walk the sunny beachfront. But it is far from holiday to make ones living by selling beads bracelets and souvenirs.
Every tourist moaning about the beach boys should think of their background.
