Vom 17. Stockwerk aus kann man den Überblick behalten, wenn auch die Aussicht nicht unseren deutschen Vorstellungen entspricht.Die unübliche Perspektive betont das Chaos zwischen den Bauten. Doch setzen sich immer wieder Pflanzen durch, die sich inmitten des Betons wohlzufühlen scheinen.
