Es sind vermutlich Leuchtstofflampen, keine Neonlampen.
Mit manchen Schnitten am Rand bin ich nicht einverstanden. Z.B. links schneidet der Rand so knapp ein Loch in der Stirn der Lampe durch. Wäre die Röhre um 20° gedreht, hätte es gepasst.

Hallo, dein Foto hättest du " Neonröhren mit Fragezeichen" bezeichnen sollen.Dein Foto zeigen in bester Qualität viele Leuchtstofflampen in Stabform.
Hättest auch Leuchtstoffröhren schreiben können.
