Food photogrpaphy is very difficult to do. You have got nice light on the shot, but the focus should be crisper. The lemon looks dried out and the cutting technique was less than surgical. Increasing the contrast should help make this shot snap out of the frame.Dirk Hofmann 30/10/2006 0:40
in my personal opinion the flesh should be sharp all over ...by having a circle "which is partitial" blurred my eye get's distracted ...
the focus usually implicates: this is the important part of the photo ... i want you to look here ...
