Langreo; Asturias - Northern Spain
This was once upon a time one of the most important industrial cities in Spain with the collieries, steel mills, foundries, chemical factories, power station, heavy metal-mechanical goods factories, etc.
At the front of the picture lies the ground of the former steel mill factory, the two blast furnaces and coke ovens were scrapped on the early 80s. The only remaining things are one of the coke ovens stack, a cooling tower and some bays. Nowadays an industrial state is over there.
At the back ground is the former ammonia plant cooling tower abandoned since 1996 and on the left hand side the power station yet in service.
