Kloster Mallersdorf
Im Kloster Mallersdorf wird bis heute eine Hausbrauerei betrieben, in der Schwester Doris Engelhard seit über zwanzig Jahren als eine der wenigen Braumeisterinnen in Deutschland tätig ist.[6] Gegründet wurde die Brauerei im Jahre 1623.
