In the house of the mom-and-pop grocery store
The first racks are reserved for alcoholic drinks to sell out beer, hard liquor and sometimes bottom shelf liquor to survive the hard winter time.
We used every opportunity to buy all the necessaries we needed during the tour, beer was one of them.
The kids surely are buying other articles.

danke Sylvia, wenn man in der Mongolei über Land zieht, fällt einem besonders die Gesundheit der Nomaden auf. Man wundert sich, trotz des Alkoholkonsums, trotz der spärlichen mongolischen Kost, dem steinharten Pferdemilchkäse Aaruul und den üblichen Gerichten Airag, Öröm, Aaruul und Boortsog wirkten mongolische Gastgeber immer kerngesund.Süße Kekse, Coca Cola und (von uns) die Toblerone ergänzt die mongolische Kost.
