Gung He Fat Choy ..... Happy Chinese New Year
The Year of the HORSE just started this past weekend .... as always a big parade, lion dances and blessings and much festivitiesfor a whole week. I made two horizontal images out of my original vertical shot ... of course the quality has suffered, but I wnated to show the three ladies closer :-))

China Town wie es leibt und lebt. Ich habe dort alte Chinesen getroffen, die chinesische Zeitungen lasen und kein englisch konnten. Es ist kaum zu glauben.
Großartiges Dokument jedenfalls Adele.

Ein interessanter Einblick in das Leben auf der Straße.
Ich hätte auch das Hochformat noch beeindruckender gefunden und dabei auf die obere Laternenreihe verzichtet.

Bei der letzten Fassung sieht man sehr deutlich, daß ein Fest stattgefunden hat. Wie überall auf der Welt werden bei Menschenansammlungen soviele Sachen einfach auf die Straße geworfen. Das kann man der Menschheit einfach nicht abgewöhnen. Das ganze Haus wirkt sehr beeindruckend. Ein weiteres Monument chinesischer Heimat und Kultur in Kanada, umfassend von Dir gezeigt.

Irre ich mich, oder ist das Bild in der Senkrechten etwas getaucht? Schaut so aus, als wenn das Haus und die Personen von oben etwas zusammengedrückt wirken.
Oder ich bin heute morgen noch nicht ganz wach ;-))
