Immaculate Conception
Quarteira, 8 December 2018.
Our Lady of immaculate Conception is the Patron of Fishermen and Quarteira, a fishermen Harbour in the Algarve, also the Patron of Portugal.
Had the chance to attend the procession on that day, when the Lady commes to the Harbour and blesses boats and People. An impressive and touching atmosphere when decorated boats arrive, families celebrate together with fishemen and thousands of local People and tourists assists to it.
