Late afternoon on the Namngum dam north of Vientiane.
The beautiful scenery around the Namngum dam and its green valley is enhanced by the presence of a vast, spectacular lake about 90 kilometres from Vientiane. Its a dam to generate electricity for all the country and sold to Thailand too. The area is very picturesque.
