Ich finde die Umwandlung in Schwarzweiß hier sehr gut gewählt, da sie zum Motiv passt. Vielleicht hätte man das Hauptmotiv, den arbeitenden Mann, etwas mehr vor dem Hintergrund durch eine offenere Blende frei stellen können? Besonders gelungen finde ich die Diagonale von links unten in das Bild hinein.
