Hello
This is either a male or female first year Russet adult Pine Grosbeak. Some first year females exhibit this russet color and some first year males do as well. If it is a male, then its plummage will be pink next year. If female, it will lighten to a pale yellow.

A kind of chameleon bird,I never heard of it, very interesting
