Hawker
My daughter found this on a climbing rose by my front door. It is the Brown Hawker dragonfly, a very fast flying creature, hard to capture usually, but this specimen stayed in place for quite a while.
Taken with a Canon EOS 300D, 1/200sec, F/10, at ISO 200 with Sigma 18-50zoom lens at 39mm.
