Basically a good moment that captures a lively scene, I find it interesting.
It is posted with the note "constructive feedback welcome".
So... the little boy in the centre left of the picture catches our attention because he is right at the front and because his body language is ambivalent. You can see the joy of the movement itself, but at the same time the rather unpleasant effect of the low sun (which can only be recognised indirectly by the long shadows of those who have to run in front of him) that blinds him. He is visibly uncomfortable. In contrast, all the other children you can recognise seem happy and have their eyes open.  They are all wearing green jerseys except for one girl who is wearing a red one and therefore stands out even though she is positioned further to the right at the edge of the picture.
This scene has a certain "visual power" of its own.

What is striking, however, is that the depiction of the photograph is not purely documentary, but rather a kind of vignette that shades the edges of the picture in particular and especially the sky in the background.
The advantage of this is that the view is more strongly centred, reduced to the essentials.
The disadvantage is that this in turn is perceived as an "intervention from outside" and thus the authenticity of the moment is curtailed; it becomes clear that the aim is to control what you should and should not look at.
This in itself is part of good photography, but REALLY good photography masters this "trick" purely through photographic means without subsequent manipulation. Or at least cleverer so that you don't see it as much as you do here, unfortunately.
This is just my opinion without any claim to general validity, but honest and direct.
If it were my photo, I would either not post-process it or I would do so little that it is not noticeable and purely in the sense of the image statement (which in my opinion would come across as such).
Nevertheless, I give you praise because not many start here with a photo that deserves such a discussion, in my eyes.
    Best regards, Gerry
