Die Illumination des Eiffelturms gilt als zeitweilige Kunstaktion - und wäre somit auch nach deutschem Recht vor unerlaubter Veröffentlichung geschützt. Ähnlich wie der Wrapped Reichstag von Christo.Laut http://www.tour-eiffel.fr/teiffel/u

darf man zwar Fotos des Eiffelturms veröffentlichen, aber nur solange diese auch bei Tageslicht aufgenommen wurden. Nach Einbruch der Dämmerung wird die Beleuchtung, auf welche ein Copyright besteht, eingeschaltet - die Veröffentlichung ist dann nur mehr unter folgenden Bedingungen möglich:
Keine kommerzielle Nutzung und Bilder müssen folgenden Urheberrechtsvermerk unter dem Bild haben:

La iluminación de la Torre Eiffel es una obra de arte contemporáneo. La cual se encuentra protegida de su publicidad y por lo consiguiente, tampoco es permitida su publicación de acuerdo con las leyes Alemanas.

Esta permitido publicar fotos de la Torre Eiffel, pero solamente cuando las fotos hayan sido tomadas durante el día. Al anochecer se enciende automáticamente la iluminación, la cual se encuentra protegida por un Copyright. Por lo cual la publicación es solamente posible, bajo las siguientes condiciones: Las fotos deben subirse sin ningún objetivo comercial y bajo toda foto de la Torre Eiffel iluminada tiene que encontrarse como descripción de la foto siguiente texto: "Copyright Tour Eiffel - Illuminations Pierre Bideau"

Ein schönes Foto aus der "Stadt der Liebe".Mit den Booten im Vordergrund ist es sehr gelungen.
Habt ihr die Möglichkeit genutzt um von der Plattform des Eiffelturm zu fotografieren?
