Freilichtmuseum Hagen, Gärbottiche
Zur Herstellung von Obstbrand wird zermahlenes Obst, die Maische, in große Gärbottiche gegeben, es entsteht Alkohol. Nach diesem traditionellen Verfahren wird bis heute noch gebrannt.

Eine sehr gute Aufnahme von Dir,Klasse wie Du das Licht eingefangen hast.
