Years of inattention have taken their toll on this building at Schösselmühle in the Erzgebirge region of eastern Germany.
Seen while photographing the narrow gauge steam trains of the Pressnitztalbahn.

the beauty of dilapidation – charmingly picturesque, unless you have to live in it! great discovery and shot! love how there seem to be layers and layers of plaster, bricks, and past times ; )) underneath that yellow "patina! greetings, sabine.
