Das Fireweed, auch schmalblättriges Weidenröschen genannt, ist die Nationalpflanze von Alaska. An jeder Ecke wächst diese schöne Pflanze. Bei uns kommt die Pflanze nur in höheren Lagen vor. Die Aufnahme entstand in Old Valdez.
