Das sieht bezüglich Auge schon besser aus. Versuche doch mal den HG und Untergrund möglichst neutral und unscharf zu halten. Das Licht etwas weicher (indirekt blitzen oder Bouncer/weißes Plastik drüber, vlt. ISO etwas höher).
