Egyptian Goose
Introduced African species, now with well established feral populations especially in Belgium, The Netherlands and England.
This striking and sometimes aggressive bird was considered sacred by the ancient Egyptians and appeared in much of their artwork.
Dutch name : Nijlgans
German name : Nilgans
Latin name : Alopochen aegyptiacus
