Eglinton Grand Cinema
Designed by Kaplan and Sprachman, and was opened in 1936.
After the Ontario Human Rights Commission fought and won a lawsuit to make it wheelchair accessable, Famous Players decided to close this beautiful Art Deco theater in 2003.
