Typisch amerikanische Rinderweiden sind das. Die Weite der Landschaft kommt sehr gut rüber. Es ist ein Augenschmaus, dieses Bild zu betrachten.

once again i'm seeing and thinking "literature": those piles of rock growing out of the vast green pasture… they make me think of the salinas valley, the promised land in steinbeck's "east of eden", yet with some barren and dry and rocky spots in it, too… ; )) hugs, sabine. p.s.: franz bernhardt is right about the cow-assisted composition! ; ))

Soviel Grün in der Landschaft würde man in Kalifornien gar nicht vermuten. Da haben die schwarzen Kühe wenigstens genug zu fressen und außerdem ein schönes freies Leben im Gegensatz zu den armen Kühen, die in einem Stall dahinvegetieren.
