This Portrait is from 1992. It images my friend Gerrit. I experimented with the concept of target photography. I worked 2 years on these pictures.
Testing, developing and creating.
Since then I worked with this technique digitally too.
Dieses Portrait ist von 1992. Damals habe ich mit der Zielfotografie experimentiert. Es war ein langer schmerzhafter Prozess. Und ich bin immer noch dabei die extreme dieses Effektes zu studieren. Er hat mich nie losgelassen. Es handelt sich um eine Abwicklung eines 3 dimensionalen Objektes auf eine 2 dimensionale Ebene. Dabei entstehen Bilder die man vorher noch nicht gesehen hat.
