Great Picture!!The expression in the Women's faces are well captured.
Allthough I want to mention 2 Points:
1) the...foot (see Sue Thompson - good idea!)
2) I would have centered the women more to the right side of the pic and so make them be turned towards the center of the pic...that would give a feeling of space an air...if you understand what I mean!
Allthough a very (!) expressive pic!

Very good Aniko!It is really pity the foot ... but the photo is fantastic anyway! It is a narrative photo with an excellent black and white.
