Cranberry

Also called Lingonberry after the Swedish name Lingon. Delicious to eat as you pick them, and they make the best jam you can imagine. Just crush them with a mixer, add a bit of sugar, then freeze the jam to take it out and enjoy it through the winter. The cranberry is available in unlimited quantities in our forests, so each September I literally fill my freezer with cranberry jam.
