Castle Beersel (Belgium)
A well kept example of a Middle Age fortified castle with 3 massive watchtowers.
Built between 1300 and 1310 of red bricks instead of rocky stones which was usually the case at those medieval times.
In the following centuries some expansion works took place (see date 1617 on one of the towers).
New renovation works are planned in the years to come.
