Here any vehicle can drive anyhow. There is no check-up, no nothing. Tyres are just glued, not balanced, not aligned, used up breaks, no light (or only one light) is very normal here.
To drive in this country (british left side btw) needs good nerves and ugandan driving style (and that is what the Bazungus are lacking most!)
