Bootfjord - Fjordboot
Gjógv, Eysturoy, Färöer.
Viele natürliche Häfen gibt es nicht auf den Färöer Inseln. Hier konnte der Fjord genutzt werden, um die traditionellen Holzboote an Land zu ziehen und vor Sturm in Sicherheit zu bringen. Und Stürme hat es am Übergang des Nordmeers zum offenen Nordatlantik genug!
