It's fantastic Andy you captured the blue hour very well.
I'm just thinking about the white things in front of the wood. I'm not sure if it would be better to remove them.
Nevertheless it is an amazing pic.

it's a very nice caught, all in blue colors the scene looks very impressive, of course it is not easy to get a view like this, very beautiful work!
