BERAT - The City of Thousand Windows & Steps (ALBANIA)
BERAT CITY OF ALBANIA
Berat is known to Albanians as The City of a Thousand Windows (a similar epithet is sometimes applied to Gjirokastra), or The City of Two Thousand Steps. It was proclaimed a 'Museum City' by the dictator Enver Hoxha in June 1961. A UNESCO World Heritage City.

Vielen Dank Lukas, Albanien ist wirklich ein sehr schöne Ort, viel Kultur und schöne historische Gebäude zu fotografieren. sogar von UNESCO als Welt Kultur Erbe Stadt deklariert.L. aus der CH 07/09/2016 20:13
Eine ganz schöne Aufnahme. Albanien wäre sicher sehr interessant, nur schon weil nicht jeder dorthin geht. Gut gemacht!Lg Lukas
