Revolutionärer Baustil. Keine Schnörkel,Hell und luftig. Keine Platz- und Energieverschwendung z.B. 3,5 m hohe Decken. Viel Wohnraum auf kleinem Gelände.Geringere Baukosten. Das hatte schon was. Leider haben diese Häuser weniger Charakter als die alten verschnörkelten und mit Stuck verzierten Häuser.
Ist Geschmacksache. LG Peter
