5D_8701 - Atlantic Rallye for Cruisers - Leaving Gran Canaria
225 yachts are leaving Gran Canaria to sail over 2800 nm across the atlantic. This was a real impressive moment, and we all were very excited.

The answer is very simple... no panorama stitching, just a crop of a 12,8 Megapixel picture (ain't it amazing what Canon can do ;-)). And no pol filter or cokin (although I have some of them) - it is just the effect of a wide angle (28mm). Sometimes you then have this pol like effect.I enhanced saturation of the black colors though.

ohhh.. I like the panoramas... is it panorama or the cut???How many pics used? Looks without polar. filter...
maybe cokin gradual 121, or 120 .... to make the sky more dramatic....
but... this is good work... very good.
