1984 - DomRep #3
As soon as the sun goes down the tunes of meringue - the national music - arises through the streets and everybody seems to be awaked by this rhythm. Walking through the streets I remember seeing the people on their patios sitting in a rocking chair and listening to the music. Later at night a walk through the streets was a bit tricky because of the low light and the missing manhole cover....
