28th of July is Perú's national holiday. Everyone who possesses an uniform is proud to wear it and to march through the streets in rank and file. Marching bands are playing music, with lots of false tones, but at least they do it with fervour. Celebrating the birthday of a very poor country, at least for one day all the trouble is being forgotten.
