the new guy
Hi everybody, i'm kinda new at this computer stuff.I've noticed that sometimes a pic will get like distorted or something when enlarged on the computer.Others are perfectly normal and look just fine..i've actually had some that looked so bad when blown up that i just deleted them. my computer is an older gateway and the pics are scanned from photos using a microtek slimscan.can this be from my browser settings or the way i scan them ,i just dont know ,but its very frustrating......thanks, jim
Hello Jimmy!
It is a little hard to answer your question...
Give us some examples so I (or we...) could see what is probably wrong!

Octavio

hi jimmy those dots are called
noise
alot of digital cameras do that, unfortunately I cant say why.
you need to shoot where there is more light. THat happens in really dark places.
But I just saw you didnt use a digital
scan you pictures higher. Like 300 dpi. That may help.
