Sigma 18-200 for EOS 300D
Hello, enyone has experince with tis lens? i cant aforth a L lens so y need something in this price range

I do not know this particular lens, only the fact that Sigma makes great lenses and is in general very good value for the money spent. Keep in mind however that the larger the zoom reach becomes, the more "problems" a lens can have.
I would in general go for 18-55 / 55-200 or something like that.

I'd go for 2 lenses that cover that range befor just buying one. Tamron is another brand you might want to look at.

and also the sigma range have lenses of varying quality (like Canon have) .. for instance ... the abbreviations after the lense name denote special qualities each sigma lense has ie EX or APO ... so not all lenses in the Sigma range are as good as others ... its worth looking into at www.fredmiranda.com or www.dpreview.com
