I looked and looked at this picture to see where the interest was for you when you took this shot. Since you named the river I assumed that to be the subject and very nice at that. If this were mine, I would crop out the left side of the picture and here was the delema, where. My final reaction was at the top of the picture, where it seems to go to the left, I would keep that bend in the picture and crop the left from there. I know the river continues up toward the hills in the back, but I feel the interest in the picture is lost at that point and the shot would have more interest in the long view of the river.
