The picture has a good focal point, but I feel is lost in too much ripple of colors in the front. I looked at cropping from the bottom starting the picture at the left bottom corner where the reflected lines are more solid vertical lines. I felt that gave the shot the more dramatic look you were aiming for when you took the shot.
