In Old Corfu

Corfu (Greek Kérkyra) is the capital of the island of Corfu (Ionian Islands, Greece) and of the Corfu regional unit. The city also serves as a capital for the region of the Ionian Islands. The city (pop. 28,185 in 2001) is a major tourist attraction, and has played an important role since the 8th century. The city has become known as a Kastropolis (Castle City) because of its two castles.[3] In 2007, the old town of the city was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

McDonald's und Amstel zum Trotz: Griechenland zeigt Flagge, wirkt im Moment allerdings etwas kraftlos....

A nicely composed street scene. All the uniformed men makes me wonder what was going on in front of the McDonalds in Corfu. The dogs look relaxed and the flag seller is not paying attention to them so must not be anything too serious. Any local foods around, when I travel I like to sample local tastes, amstel and McDonalds would be passed over for something local.

For me the picture is the guy selling his Greek flags
and in the back the facades....so I would think about
cropping to a square...only the left side...
Even though a fine documentation ....

To my taste there are too many uniformed
gentlemen loafing around.
