But the tele-compression of the bold and intricate forms of the Queensboro Bridge combined with the bright red accents of two passing Roosevelt Island Tramway cabins served up ample stimulation to a patient, if cold-fingered, photographer.
The Tramway crosses the East River's west channel between Midtown
