Es ist in einem Park, darunter vermutlich U-Bahn oder ein großer Markt, und da ist bestimmt so ein Lüftungsschacht.
Leider, wie so oft in Indien, alles voll Müll. Der wird zwar ab und zu weggekehrt, ist aber ganz schnell wieder da.
