At the pond of Pura Taman Ayun
The famous and amazing complex of the Taman Ayun Temple is surrounded by a large pond. The water in the pond used for irrigation for rice field around the temple.
The temple was set on the land which is surrounded by the large canals with water lilies inside which irrigate the fields around the site. It creates the effect from afar that the temple is floating on water.
