Damar Suar
Damar means Lamp or lampu in other Balinese language. That is why the whole procession is called melampuan. The procession will take about 7 days from the first day until it is completely finished.
Every night the participants should lit the light for the lamp and keep the light all night long.
This rare occasion is held once within 6 years.
