Not only history, ancient remnants and marbles...Present life is also full of unknown, unselfish,quite and patient figures living in the blissful modesty and simplicity of their own inner world...This woman has passed almost all her life in the small aegean island of Leros mounting every morning more than three hundred steps up to the castle top in order to take care of the little and very old church located in its yard.....
She told me, the candle light, the icons, her well being and the surrounding peace have been everything she desired in her life.....
