I was active in photography as a hobby in school, but over time have neglected the hobby. I enjoy photographing scenery, trains, and our cats.
I am now getting reacquainted with photography in preparation for a trip to Italy next year. My two previous trips to Europe resulted in some wonderful pictures, but also demonstrated a need for improvement.
I have upgraded my digital camera to a Konica Minolta Maxxum 5D to compliment my Maxxum 300si 35mm. Now I must start over learning about f/stops, exposures, and all the other technical details I neglected using a point and shoot digital camera.
