About me
I am a full time artist and a full time writer. And I'm a full time father and husband! Also in the free time I like to travel, read and learn new stuff :)
When I was about 10 years old (i.e. 1983, in my home town Agnita, Romania) I learned the first secrets of photography in the dark room of "Casa Pionierilor" (= the "House of Pioneers"). It was the only dark room in communist era where one was happy to be in...
Soon I bought my first camera, a 35 mm Smena, then equipment for my own dark room. I spent many hours developing photos - and I admit it was a happy time regardless the fearful and oppressive system I was live in.
Of course I switched to digital at some point, and since then I'm continually learning about and experimenting this vast domain of photographic art.
I am also a writer, I need to manifest my creativity in writing, as well. I graduated Philosophy, in a century Philosophy still made a difference... Last but not least: I have a PhD in Literature & Cultural Studies.
