When I was 6 years old
When I was 6 years old I never thought I'd be a photographer. IN fact I can tell you. That I was wondering why things looked up side down in the Rolleiflex .
My stomach was turning and the headache started to get ugly. I thought adults loved to punish themselves.

: )))))) i envy you the experience! i never got the chance to peer into a rolleiflex and feel the vertigo. when i was 6 years old, i got a kodak instamatic for my birthday. it produced square pictures and its shutter release made a very loud and bossy sound when pushed – loved it, but got so tired of having to wait until the last picture was taken to see the outcome of "my art" ; )))). sadly enough, later in its life the little camera got eaten by a dog. and that was that… ; )) love how the little boy is completely absorbed in the exploration of "the machine", trying to figure out how it works! greetings, sabine.
